How does your return policy function?
Order with the confidence that you don’t have to keep what you don’t want. If you’re not happy with what you get, no issues. Return the item.
All you have to do is ensure that the products are unused, unworn and undamaged! Do let us know 3 days from receiving the order if you would like to return and we will do what it takes to fix it or take it right back.
Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on some of the accessories.
What exactly do I need to do? How will you process the refund?
To initiate a return, just inform customer care or log into My Account to place a return request. Go to the returns tab and just follow the steps to raise the return request. Once you place a returns request, you would always be kept updated on the processing status.
Once we have received the return item, we do a quality check to ensure that the returned item qualifies our return criteria. For the items that pass quality check, we refund the approved amount in the form of cash, cheque or DD or reverse credit card transaction.
For all sales returns which do not pass quality check, we will ship the item back only as per customers request received via email/phone. The customer would have to bear the return shipping cost of Rs 100 per item.
What happens if I buy apparel using a voucher or through a promo? Do I still get a refund?
Yes, you will still get a refund if you have used a voucher while placing the order. The voucher will be reactivated under its original terms and conditions and store credits used will be credited back to your account.
Can I return promotional merchandise?
We do not accept return or exchange of free gifts or promotional merchandise that you might have received from PrettyLady as part of our marketing promotions.
Are there any dos and don’ts I should keep in mind?
1) Put the clothes in the original packing, along with the invoice.
2) Put packed clothes in the PRETTYLADY box and seal the carton with tape.
3) Handover the consignment to the service provider.

What if there is a delay in the pick up? Is there anything I can do?
Well, if for some reason, there’s a delay in your reverse pick up, you could courier it back to us. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed Rs.100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. This is subject to your returns being inspected and quality check passed on receipt in our warehouse.
Is it possible that you can deliver at a location but cannot pickup from that location
Although not a situation that we want to be in but yes, it is possible. We use the services of external agencies to process delivery and return pickups who may have limitations in picking up returns from a location where they can deliver.
